KYIV, Dec 5 - The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) expressed concerns over recent personnel appointments at the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant that had broken the chain of command and may lead to an escalation.

The Russian forces, which seized Zaporizhzhya plant in early March, less than a week after invading Ukraine, have recently appointed ZNPP’s Chief Engineer Yuri Chernichuk as plant director.
