KYIV, Nov 28 – The demand in the suburban real estate market of Ukraine increased significantly in the fall of 2022, people are most actively looking for houses with a generator, a basement and their own well, follows from the analytics of the OLX Real Estate portal.
"Ukrainians this autumn were more interested in renting suburban real estate than last year. At the same time, the peak of requests coincided with large-scale shelling of infrastructure on October 10 and 17 (38,000 and 37,000 requests, respectively), as well as with statements about a possible blackout on October 31 (32,000). In general, in mid-November 2022, interest in out-of-town rentals was three times higher than in November 2021," the portal reported.
