KYIV, Nov 24 - Ukraine is seeking to restart its nuclear power units within a day after a massive blackout caused by the latest Russian missile strike, Energy Minister Hermach Halushchenko said Thursday.

A total of nine nuclear power units at three Ukrainian nuclear power plants were shut down in emergency on Wednesday after Russia had hit civilian power supply infrastructure across the country.
