KYIV, Nov 22 – Ukrainians have been urged to be prepared for the fact that they will have to live in a power outage mode until at least the end of March, Serhiy Kovalenko, CEO of the energy supplier YASNO, said.
"Power engineers, despite bad weather, are now trying their best to complete the recovery before even more cold weather. And although there are fewer blackouts now, I want everyone to understand that Ukrainians will most likely have to live in a blackout mode until at least the end of March," Kovalenko wrote on his Facebook page.
