KIEV, Nov. 21 -- Moody's Investors Service on Nov. 20 changed the outlook on the B2 long-term foreign currency deposit ratings of eleven Ukrainian banks to positive, Moody's reported.

The outlook on three Ukrainian banks' outstanding foreign currency debt ratings has also been changed to positive, Moody's said.
