KYIV, Nov 1 – French President Emmanuel Macron, during a telephone conversation with President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday, agreed to hold an international conference on assistance to Ukraine in the coming winter in Paris on December 13, the Elysee Palace said on Tuesday.
"The President of the Republic also expressed his determination to help Ukraine survive with the onset of winter, while Russian attacks have significantly damaged the electricity and water supply infrastructure in the country. He indicated that France will intensify its support in this regard and participate in international mobilization (assistance). The two presidents agreed to organize an international conference in Paris on December 13 to support the country's civil resilience during the winter period," the presidential office said in a communique.
