KIEV, Nov. 21 The government has proposed the introduction of a zero rate of VAT on sales of imported natural gas, according to Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Boyko.

"We submitted our proposals for the draft law on the 2007 national budget. I hope that they will be approved. In any case, they [represent] a rather stable position," he told Interfax-Ukraine.
