KYIV, Oct 27 - Ukraine has asked European gas traders to store surplus natural gas in the country’s underground gas storage facilities until demand accelerates as weather gets colder, the state-owned GTSOU gas shipper said Thursday.

Pavlo Stanchak, the acting head of GTSOU, said warmer weather in Europe and European gas storage facilities filled to 94% of capacity generate surplus amount of gas affecting market prices.
