KYIV, Oct 19 – The relevant departments have developed a detailed set of reasonable consumption of electricity by the population, enterprises, institutions and organizations under martial law, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal says.

"Over this week, we have proven that we can promptly restore and return to operation most of the power grids. To do this, power engineers, rescuers, local authorities, and the government are working in an enhanced mode. Everyone is in their place. Everyone knows what to do. We will restore everything," Shmyhal said at a government meeting on Tuesday.
