KYIV, Oct 19 - The scale of attacks carried out by the Russian troops on the energy facilities of Ukraine in the conditions of the autumn-winter period 2022/2023 turned out to be larger than expected, says Dmytro Sakharuk, Executive Director of DTEK.

"We are entering a very difficult period, for which we were preparing, but still did not expect such large-scale attacks and destruction," Sakharuk said in a comment to journalists in Kyiv on Wednesday.
