KYIV, Oct 18 – For the period from September 20 to October 15, 2022, inspectors of the State Environmental Inspectorate examined 26 objects in the territories of Kharkiv region de-occupied from Russian troops, where they recorded numerous facts of violation of the requirements of the environmental legislation of Ukraine by the occupiers and damage to natural resources by them.

As reported on the Facebook page of the inspectorate on Tuesday, the total calculated damage to the environment of the de-occupied territories amounted to UAH 3.49 billion.
