KYIV, Oct 18 – Ukrainian business in the third quarter worsened its inflation expectations for the next 12 months to 25.2% from 21.7% in the previous quarter and worsened its expectations for the devaluation of the hryvnia to UAH 41.93/$1 from UAH 36.06/$1.
According to the results of a regular quarterly survey of business expectations of the country's enterprises, published on the NBU website, the Business Activity Expectations Index of enterprises increased compared to the previous quarter to 79.5% from 72.6%, indicating the softening of negative economic sentiment.
