KYIV, Oct 12 – A Memorandum of Understanding on potential cooperation to unlock the potential of yet unexplored areas in Western Ukraine was signed by Ukrgazvydobuvannia and the Czech company MND with many years of experience in hydrocarbon production in the Czech Republic and since 2014 carrying out exploration and production at five oil and gas fields in Ukraine.

According to a press release posted on Ukrgazvydobuvannia's website on Tuesday evening, the memorandum signed October 7 at MND's Prague office provides that the companies plan to combine their knowledge of the western region of Ukraine to unleash the potential of under-explored areas.
