KYIV, Oct 11 - Ukraine's Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko said the attack on Ukraine's energy system carried out by the Russian military on October 10 was the most drastic since the start of the war and covered Ukraine's entire energy supply chain, from production to resource distribution, the official's press office reported on Monday evening.
"On October 10, Russia carried out the largest attack on the energy system of Ukraine during the entire period of the war. The cynicism is that the entire supply chain was hit - these are both electricity distribution systems and generation," he said.
