KYIV, Oct 10 - Ukraine will suspend power exports to the European Union on Tuesday after a massive Russian missile strike across the country targeting civilian and energy infrastructure, the Energy Ministry reported Monday.

The city of Kyiv and adjacent areas on Monday have started to experience rolling power blackouts with local authorities across Ukraine urging residents to reduce power consumption at night until the power system is restored.
