KYIV, Sept 27 – The Ukrainian premium bathtub company, 50% owned by entrepreneur Vasyl Khmelnytsky, will accept an offer from a foreign investor who will move the team and production from Kyiv to Europe at his own expense, Khmelnytsky said on Facebook.
"There they will produce and sell goods, and we share the profit with the investor 50/50," he wrote.
According to him, in 2014, after the start of the war, the company relocated to Kyiv from Donetsk, where it had a large business for the production of bathtubs (a turnover of more than $20 million, earnings of about $2 million), including exporting them around the world, but some of the equipment, without which it was impossible to resume production, remained in Donetsk.
