KIEV, Nov. 17 ??“ UkrNafta, Ukraine??™s largest oil producer, plans to set up a subsidiary in Nigeria as the company plans to expand its overseas oil production projects and to secure oil imports, officials announced Friday.

The decision to establish the subsidiary was approved by shareholders at an extraordinary general shareholder meeting earlier on Friday, the company said.
