MOSCOW, Nov. 17 - Technological Systems, a daughter company of Comstar-Ukraine Ltd., has received licenses to provide broadband wireless Internet access (WiMAX) services in the 5.4-5.7 GHz frequency band range, according to a Comstar report.

Technological Systems bought WiMAX licenses to provide services in Kiev City, Kiev region, Odessa City, Odessa region, Lviv City and Lviv region at regional tenders. The cost of the license package was $800,000.
