KYIV, Sept 16 - The amount of funding actually allocated to Ukraine by international partners since the beginning of the war to cover the state budget deficit as of September 13 amounted to $17.422 billion, or 52% of the aid declared by them for a total of $33.32 billion, the Finance Ministry reported.

According to the data published on its website, the share of grants accounted for a little less than half of the funds received - $ 8.52 billion, or 48.9%.
