KYIV, Sept 5 - The Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP in Ukraine was forced to reduce power generation by the last operating Zaporizhzhia-6 unit on Monday after the reserve power supply line was broken by a fire, Energoatom reported.
The fire, which Energoatom said was caused by persistent Russian artillery shelling, was the last remaining 330 kV line connecting the nuclear power plant to the Ukrainian power grid via a nearby fossil fuel-burning power plant.
