KYIV, Sept 1 – The holders of the 2024 eurobonds issued by Naftogaz Ukrayiny approved the offer to defer payments, while the holders of the 2026 eurobonds did not agree, the issuers of the bonds, Kondor Finance Plc, said in a statement on Wednesday evening on the stock exchange.

In particular, the quorum for the 2024 issue was 56.61% of the total number of participants, the Naftogaz's offer to postpone was supported by 77.24% of the investors.

For the 2026 bonds, the quorum was 54.24%, but only 43.13% of the investors cast votes in support of the offer.
