KYIV, Aug 31 – Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC (GTSOU) has different scenarios for the operation of the gas transmission system, which will be used during the heating season, depending on the situation, the head of the company, Serhiy Makogon, said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

"The lack of transit does not pose intractable technical problems for the Ukrainian GTS. Although it will be difficult. Our system has already switched to reverse mode in 2006, 2009 and 2019, when Gazprom stopped transit. We have different scenarios of actions and decisions that will be applied during the heating season, depending on the situation," he said.
