KIEV, Nov. 15 ??“ The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) may lend $85-million loan to Donetsk-based ISTIL, a small steel company, to improve energy efficiency, quality control and for restructuring the existing debt.
"The facility will consist of a $40 million working capital revolving loan and a $45 million term loan," the EBRD reported in a press release, carried by Interfax-Ukraine. The total project cost is $228 million.
