PARIS, Aug 26 – The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, said Friday it was possible to establish a permanent presence of the agency at the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant (NPP).

"On a technical level, we need to clearly define the characteristics of the mission and possibly establish a permanent agency presence on the ground," Grossi said in an interview with RFI.
