KYIV, Aug 25 – The negotiation process with Russia to end the war won’t benefit both Ukraine and Europe, since any temporary truce will mean continued aggression by the Russian Federation in the future, said Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine in an interview with the German publication Bild.
"The negotiation process today would fix a temporary truce in a war that will not be completed. Accordingly, the Russian Federation will consider this a victory and will continue to claim to promote its expansionist policy. Therefore, a truce will only mean the next stage of the war after a certain time," he said.
