KYIV, Aug 18 – Ukrainian volunteer Serhiy Prytula, the founder of a charitable foundation, said on Thursday that the funds saved as part of the People's Bayraktar campaign (more than UAH 600 million) were spent on the purchase of a space satellite for the Ukrainian army.
"Ukrainians, you are space! We bought a satellite. But this is not just one satellite. It gives us access to a database of satellite images from the constellation of ICEYE satellites. And we bought this access more than a year in advance," Prytula said in a video statement in Thursday.
