KYIV, July 27 – The European network of power transmission system operators ENTSO-E has confirmed a doubling of electricity exports from Ukraine to Europe in the coming days and its further gradual increase, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reported.
"The management of ENTSO-E noted that it is planned to increase exports in the near future. Already this week, its volume will double, further growth will continue," the Ministry of Energy said on the website following the meeting of its head Herman Haluschenko with chairman of the board of ENTSO-E Joachim Vanzetta and Sonya Twohig, General Secretary of the Network, on a working trip to Brussels.
