KYIV, July 21 – Since the beginning of the war, Ukraine has received about $13 billion in external funding, including $4.4 billion in June, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said during the national telethon on Thursday.
"This month we will receive or expect more than $3 billion. By the end of the year, we are talking about $16 billion to $17 billion, taking into account what has already been received," he said.
The minister of finance said that the government is trying to keep the monthly budget deficit within $5 billion.
