KIEV, Nov. 14 ??“ The Bank of New York has completed the issue of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) for Chernihiv Khimvolokno, according to the director of Kiev-based Concorde Capital investment bank, Eduard Maschenko.

He said that by the end of this week, the company's ADRs would be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and after that Concorde Capital would start collecting applications to buy the stocks.
