KYIV, July 18 – The area of the shopping centers of Smart-Holding, owned by businessman Vadim Novinsky, available for rent had decreased from 132,000 square meters to 62,000 square meters since the beginning of the full-scale Russian aggression against Ukraine, Yulia Kiryanova, CEO of the holding, has said.
"After February 24, two shopping centers were destroyed in Mariupol, one in Severodonetsk. Berdiansk and Melitopol malls were occupied – they were nationalized. As for Kramatorsk malls, we stopped them after the approach of the line of hostilities. Currently, shopping centers are operating only in Zaporizhia," Kiryanova said in an interview with Forbes Ukraine.
