KYIV, July 18 – The weighted average vacancy in the shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv increased from 11.5% in December 2021 to 18.7% in July 2022, the press service of the Ukrainian Trade Guild (UTG) told Interfax-Ukraine.
According to the analytical report, the largest increase in the indicator is observed in regional facilities, where the vacancy rate is 24%, regional malls are in the second place, where the number of empty premises is about 22%.
