KIEV, Nov. 14 ??“ The administration of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone has said that U.S. Holtec International could replace France's Fràmatom as the contractor to build the decommissioned plant's spent-fuel storage facility-2.

"At present, the contractor that can complete the construction [of the storage facility] is being chosen," the head of the state department of the administration of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, Serhiy Parashin said at a briefing in Kiev on Monday.
