KYIV, July 12 – The Ukraine fast recovery plan will provide for the rapid restoration of social infrastructure destroyed as a result of a full-scale Russian invasion, and should take into account the best modern construction standards, Deputy Head of the President's Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko said speaking at a meeting of the British-Ukrainian working group on infrastructure in Warsaw.
Fast Recovery requires urgent implementation, provides for a 100% restoration of the housing stock in the de-occupied territories and part of the schools, gardens, hospitals and housing and communal facilities that need to be rebuilt now so that people could return home and receive a minimum set of services," Tymoshenko said.
