KYIV, July 12 – The Government of Sweden has sent SEK 577.7 million or almost UAH 1.7 billion to the special account of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the NBU press service said on Facebook on Tuesday.

According to the information, Sweden already transferred SEK 500 million (UAH 1.5 billion) to a special account in March.

In total, as of July 12, the National Bank sent UAH 17.7 billion from the account for the needs of the military, and the account balance amounted to UAH 1.9 billion.
