KYIV, July 6 - ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih in Dnipropetrovsk region is having to reduce production and wages by a third due to problems with the delivery of raw materials and the shipment of finished products, as well as increased logistics costs.
Now, when we are unable to pay salaries in full, we are forced to revise the schedule for employees, both production and administrative staff. From July, the vast majority of the team, including top management and foreign workers, will work at two-thirds of their load," CEO Mauro Longobardo said in an address to employees.
