KIEV, Nov. 10 ??“ Ukraine may receive a $151 million grant from Global Fund to fight AIDS only if a credit from the World Bank is unblocked.

"It is very important for us today to resume financing of the World Bank credit, as in this case these will be [counted as] the assets of the state budget and they will be considered as such by the Global Fund while allocating the grant," Ukraine's Health Minister Yuriy Poliachenko said during a briefing in Kiev on Friday.
