KIEV, Nov. 13 ??“ Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych says there is no political factor behind the price of Russian gas for 2007.

"There have been, and will be no political factors. We haven't assumed, and will not assume, any additional liabilities to Russia," the premier said in an interview with the Inter television channel on Sunday evening.
