KYIV, June 23 – The administration of an enterprise with foreign investments Zaporizhia Iron Ore Plant (ZZRK, Dniprorudne, Zaporizhia region) announced the loss of control over the enterprise in the temporarily uncontrolled territory of Ukraine and announced an extraordinary meeting of shareholders.

According to the information of the company, with the beginning of active hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, the ZZRK administration, to comply with industrial safety, has implemented a number of measures to temporarily suspend the production process since February 26 – from the day the Russian troops occupied part of the territories of Zaporizhia region. And since June 15, economic activity and management of production processes of ZZRK are impossible due to illegal actions of third parties.
