KYIV, June 17 – SCM, the largest Ukrainian private financial and industrial group, is starting to work with the international company Covington&Burling to create a legal mechanism for a system of international reparations at the expense of Russia in favor of Ukraine and Ukrainians, SCM Communications Director Natalia Yemchenko has said.
