KYIV, May 12 – The Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) of Ukrainians improved by 6.8 points in April to 85.6 points on a 200-point scale, according to a survey by the Info Sapiens agency.
After the jump in March, the Index of Economic Expectations fell slightly but still remains abnormally high: Ukrainians begin to expect less positive changes during the year but remain optimistic for five years. At the same time, the Index of Current Situation has continued its downward trend since the beginning of the war; the last time so low it was in early 2016," the agency said, commenting on the situation.
