KIEV, Nov. 7 - The UkrGaz-Energo gas trader is operating in a socially responsible manner and will supply more than 10 billion cubic meters of imported natural gas to municipal heat suppliers and organizations supported by the budget at prime cost, a source in the company told Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday.

"From April through October of 2006, UkrGaz-Energo transferred to national oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrainy 5 billion cubic meters of imported gas at prime cost for the needs of the budget sector and communal heat suppliers. Such heat supplies will top 10 billion cubic meters in 2006," the source said.
