KYIV, May 3 – The Cabinet of Ministers is launching a website to raise funds to support Ukraine under the United24 global project, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has said.

Now we are forming a vision for a new Ukraine. Therefore, it is so important for our government to shape a plan for the restoration and transformation of our state right now," Shmyhal said at a government meeting on Tuesday.

According to the prime minister, the recovery plan will have two dimensions: regional and parametric.

In particular, regional is when partner countries or sister cities or corporations help in the restoration of a particular Ukrainian city or region. The Parametric Approach is a program of the National Recovery Council that develops parameters for the recovery and transformation of each sector of the economy. (om/ez)
