KIEV, Nov. 6 ??“ Ukraine's foreign course for joining the European Union and NATO is irreversible, said President Viktor Yushchenko.

"We see Ukraine's integration into the EU and NATO as one of the paramount priorities. Our strategic goal is to become members of these organizations," Yushchenko said in Kiev on Monday at a meeting with Iceland's Foreign Minister Valgerdur Sverrisdottir, who is officially visiting Ukraine.
