KIEV, Nov. 6 ??“ Ukraine will export arms and military technical services worth between $650 million and $700 million in 2006, according to a forecast by the Center of Research for the Army, Military Conversion, and Disarmament.

Valentyn Badrak, the center's director, made the forecast at a press conference in Kiev on Monday.
