KYIV, April 12 – Russian troops destroyed more than 440,000 square meters of logistics real estate in the capital region, founder of Watermelon Development Fedir Arbuzov said.

"The directions where brutal hostilities took place were the most affected: Warsaw, Zhytomyr, Brovary directions. The supply of high-quality logistics real estate (class A and B) in the capital region by the end of 2021 reached a little more than 2 million sq m, that is we can talk about damage to more than 20% of the warehouses," Arbuzov said.
