KHARKIV, April 1 – Kharkiv region is preparing for a sowing campaign despite active hostilities, head of the regional state administration Oleh Synehubov said.

"Despite the war, we will start sowing. To support farmers during martial law, the government has taken a number of decisions that will contribute to this. Our farmers of Kharkiv region are ready to work. But the most important thing is safety, so we urge you to check roads and fields every time, together with territorial defense and rescuers," Synehubov was quoted as saying by the press service of the regional state administration.
