KYIV, March 22 – President Volodymyr Zelensky will take part in a NATO summit on March 24 via video format, press secretary of the head of state Serhiy Nykyforov has said.

"Ukraine will take an active part there. We are still determining which one. At a minimum, this will be an address by the president, and at a maximum, full participation, of course, in video format. The format of participation will be known in the coming days," Nykyforov said on the air of the telethon during Tuesday.
