KYIV, March 14 - In wartime, the State Customs Service brings a maximum of 15% of peacetime revenues to the budget, Minister of Finance Serhiy Marchenko said.

"We have huge budget expenditures and revenues have dropped sharply. We collect at most 15% of peacetime revenue at customs," he said in an interview with Forbes.

Despite the fact that Odesa is not occupied, the Odesa customs does not function, and it brought up to 20% of revenues. The Kyiv customs also stopped, only the western direction is functioning, he explained.
