KYIV, March 1 - Russian troops, which use exclusion zone around Chornobyl NPP as a route for their assault on Kyiv, get exposed to dangerous levels of radiation that may eventually give them cancer, Energoatom reported Tuesday.

The movement of troops and heavy equipment through the exclusion zone has stirred up the topsoil in the area, leading to heightened levels of radiation in the area.
