KYIV, Feb 21 – The power systems of Moldova and Ukraine, which will operate in isolated mode on February 24-26 in preparation for synchronization with ENTSO-E, will conduct a similar test this summer, Constantin Borosan, State Secretary of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development of Moldova, said.

"Isolated work during this period [February 24-26] is aimed at demonstrating the ability of the power system to operate safely at normal frequency and voltage parameters and immediately respond to changes in these parameters in winter operating conditions," Borosan wrote on Facebook.
